Change of Mind

Doko does ensure the quality of the products. Also, Doko does not adverstise false details or sell products with misguiding statements. Doko has partnered retailers in 7 different places in Kathmandu and still growing which makes it easier for customer for quality assurance.

That being the sole reason change of mind products may be exchanged if the customer wants another colour variant or other product which may be priced equal or higher, If the customer chooses a product of higher MRP, the amount must be paid by customer and the shipping or delivery charge must be paid by the customer. 

Products can be exchanged in change of mind under these circumstances:

  • The customer must have the receipt of the purchase or the transaction screenshot that leads to our bank.
  • The product must be unused and must be in condition that they received.
  • The customer must let Doko know within 5 days of time from purchase for any kind of Change of Mind.
Damaged or Faulty Products

Doko may replace any damaged products or faulty products supplied if the customers contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase. Any kind of Damage caused by the customers will not be taken back. 

However Doko does a quality check before shipping any kind of orders, So we demand genuine proof of purchase and damage that we may have served.
